- Program Development & Delivery: Deliver workplace training, working closely with employers to tailor content for different workplace contexts and audiences.
- Project Management: Coordinate program timelines, activities, partnerships, and logistics to ensure smooth and effective delivery across multiple workplaces and communities.
- Program Alignment: Align program activities with evolving gender-based violence initiatives and policy developments and monitor emerging trends to keep programming current and effective.
- Research, Analysis, & Reporting: Use available data and sector information to support program planning and preparation of reports for internal audiences, funders, and external partners to evaluate outcomes and inform ongoing program improvements.
- Community Engagement & Travel: Travel across Saskatchewan to deliver training, engage with communities, build relationships, and represent SASS at public events to support program visibility and impact.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, initiatives, or community-based work.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working collaboratively with diverse partners, stakeholders, or community groups.
- Experience facilitating conversations, delivering presentations, training, or outreach initiatives.
- Knowledge of gender-based violence, trauma-informed practice, equity, and anti-oppressive approaches, including an understanding of the challenges faced by Indigenous, racialized, and 2SLGBTQI+
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and projects at once.
